Proof of residency will be required for the following groups of students:

• Incoming freshmen

• All families who registered for the 2023-2024 school year with an affidavit or affirmation of legal residency

• All families whose lease expires prior to August 15, 2024

• All families who have moved within District 127 boundaries. Please use this link to check if you are within District 127 boundaries and which school you should register for.

All education verifications must be submitted by fax to 847-223-8690 or via email to centralregistrar@d127.org.

Please note that there is a 48 hour turnaround time on all requests.  You must have a signed authorization from the applicant in order to receive any information.
